A boy, Clay, has a pregnant mother and his father disappeared. His mother goes to look for his father and does not come back either.
The boy meets Buddy and Calvin who are homeless people in the park. He finds his parents at the end of the book along with his baby brother, Guy.
I recommend this book as it is thrilling. Clay is lost in New York City.
